PROJECT CONTEXT
ABC is a company selling a variety of piping products, and is looking to dramatically grow its market share within India. With a strong presence across the south and west of India, it is looking to strengthen its presence in cities such as Delhi, Ahmedabad & Jodhpur. ABC has identified a strategy predicated on & influencer engagement & to not only incentivise, but to engage with them in a more meaningful way. A deep connection could offer the brand long term loyalty and ultimately greater sales. To this end, ABC has enlisted your support to build an influencer engagement platform focussed on their primary influencers - plumbers.

GIVEN DESIGN PARAMETERS
ABC leadership put together the following parameters for the platform:
1. The platform will have a primarily digital interface, but will be supported with on ground initiatives as well.
2. The CEO is strictly opposed to a monetary approach to engagement. He’d like us to think broader about what we could offer plumbers beyond discounts and cashbacks.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
1. Conceptualising the IEP: Help ABC think of a variety of solutions that could build deeper connections with influencers. We will leave it to you to communicate this how you wish.
2. Bringing it to life: Visualise how these concepts come together in a mobile application.
